Return and Exchange Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed. In some cases, a cancellation fee may be charged post the specified time.

In case of cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Mrigks reserves the right to accept or waive cancellation fees and modify conditions from time to time.

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers under which options for exchange, replacement, or refund are offered. Return policies vary by category and product.

The product page return/replacement policy will prevail over this general policy.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

For returns pick-up from a different address, address change is allowed only if pick-up service is available there.

Conditions before accepting return at pick-up:

  • Correct Product: IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match. MRP tag must be undetached and visible.
  • Complete Product: All accessories, freebies, combos should be present.
  • Unused Product: Should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and non-tampered with quality seals (if applicable). Disable screen locks and format device if applicable.
  • Undamaged Product: No scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  • Undamaged Packaging: Original packaging/box should be undamaged.

Return will be refused if any condition is not met. Refund will be processed once seller receives the returned product.

Part 3 - General Rules for a Successful Return

Mrigks reserves the right to limit returns per order unit after evaluation.

Return policies differ by category and product on the product page will override the general policy.
