What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps offset their logistics costs. Please check your order summary for delivery charges for individual products.
For Mrigks products, a ₹40 delivery charge per item may be applied if the order value is less than ₹500. Orders ₹500 or above have free delivery.
Why does the delivery date not match the stated delivery timeline?
Delivery dates might be extended if there are holidays between order placement and delivery or if the courier or seller does not operate on Sundays. This is factored into the estimated date.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery depends on product availability, seller location, destination, and courier partner performance.
Are there any hidden costs on items sold by Sellers?
There are NO hidden charges when making a purchase on Mrigks. The prices displayed are final and all-inclusive. Delivery charges, if any, depend on the Seller's shipping policy and are not hidden costs.
Why does estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
Delivery times vary based on availability, geographic location of the seller, shipping destination, and courier times.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Enter your pincode on the product page to check delivery availability. If not entered, your shipping address pincode will be used.
Some sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations at their discretion.
Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not offered in my location?
CoD availability depends on courier partner capability and destination. Limits on cash payments by courier partners may restrict CoD for your order.

How do I arrange for pick-up if I need to return an item?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. A call will explain the process.
Ekart Logistics will facilitate pick-up where possible. Otherwise, you may return via a third-party courier. Return fees are borne by the seller.
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email. What to do?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery confirmation for investigation.
What do different availability tags mean?
- In Stock: Seller will deliver usually in 2-3 or 4-6 business days depending on your location.
- Available: Item not in stock but can be procured when ordered. Delivery time combines procurement and shipping time.
- Preorder/Forthcoming: Items to be released soon. Shipped on release day, delivery in 2 to 6 business days.
- Out of Stock: Currently not available. Use 'Notify Me' to get updates.
- Imported: Sourced from outside India. Delivery takes 10 days or more.
- Back In Stock Soon: Sold out temporarily but can be booked for future shipping.
- Temporarily Unavailable: Out of stock currently, could be back soon. Use 'Notify Me'.
- Permanently Discontinued: Item production stopped and no longer available.
- Out of Print: No longer published and discontinued.
Currently, Mrigks doesn’t deliver internationally. You can purchase from anywhere with valid payment cards but ensure the delivery address is in India.
